NEVER has James attempted to sell to a client, nor has he worked to convince a client to buy. Instead James listens and works to guide them safely home, as it fits their needs. Since 1987, he has represented clients as they bought or sold property.
A licensed Broker since the 1980’s, in 1995, James earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation, placing him in the top 2% of licensees. This designation required 150 verified closed sales, qualifying classes, and helps him to best represent clients. The decades since have provided hundreds more opportunities to hone his representation skills.
Through the years, he has traveled widely to study and network with other stateside brokers, to best represent clients with new technology and emerging knowledge.
