Today, the new website is launched. It is a joy to represent others – EQUALLY. That is how we live. So, today let’s focus on what is both right and the law. Every person has the right to live, anywhere they can afford, and wish to live. It is enshrined in the Federal Housing Act, and enforced by HUD. Discrimination is prohibited based on race, color, national origin, sex, and familial status. To this we add handicapped (or perceived handicapped) status, sexual orientation, and gender identity.

Fair Housing Act
Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 (Fair Housing Act), as amended, prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings, and in other housing-related transactions, based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents or legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of children under the age of 18), and disability.
